In our Auditorium even bigger crowds confer comfortably. The auditorium seats up to 150 people for meetings. Some of the seats do not feature a table.
Spa Cabinet seats a group of 30 for meeting comfortably. Spa Cabinet is in conjunction with a sauna. The sauna is available for group reservations, special events, and private parties, and open to guests year-round.

The VIP Cabinet is a fully equipped boardroom located on the ground floor adjacently to the auditorium. Optimized for brainstorming sessions and team work.
Vokkola Cabinet is a meeting facility easily accessible from the hotel lobby.
Vesileppis Areena's meeting facility features a beautiful view over Lake Kalmalahti and a conjoining access to Sport & Spa Hotel Vesileppis, providing a spectacular setting for your business seminar. The facility is scalable from an intimate 10 seat boardroom to a 166 seat conferencing hall with seating arrangements.
All our meeting rooms are equipped with a video projector, Internet access and a flip chart. Also laptop computer & overhead projector are available upon request. The auditorium features conferencing audio system.

Hotel villas right behind the hotel provide ample space for a meeting of 8–10 persons. The villas feature large lounge/dining rooms with conference tables and kitchens with dishwashers.
Unnukkamaja is a cozy villa able to house 8–10 people. This inspiring retreat it is located 8 kilometers from the hotel, features its own lake shore, a large lounge/dining room with a large table and a cozy kitchen where to prepare fuel for creative minds. Unnukkamaja also has its own sauna, a dishwasher for added convenience.
Konnusmaja is equal in size with Unnukkamaja, a peaceful retreat with an inspiring lake view, a spacious living room with a table for meetings and dining. The villa features a neat kitchen with a dishwasher, a sauna, WiFi-internet and DVD/Blue-ray entertainment system. The garage in the yard provides a parking lot for 4 cars and further 5 cars may be parked on the asphalt-paved parking lot 50 meters away.
